The best way to search a company in the DCCA register through the EBR service is by company name (the more exact the better) or company code.
The algorithm in use is ‘Starts with’.
DCCA allows “*” and “%” as wildcards in a company search.
At present DCCA only presents Ltd. companies and private limited companies through the EBR gateway and not sole traders or foundations as in their national portal. There is a plan to change this in the near future in order to present identical results in EBR and in DCCA websites.
